355 – Article Review: How Does Movement Coordination Change with Increased Effort?

How does the constraint of effort (for example, throwing at 80% of your max vs 100%) change the coordination of degrees of freedom in movement? Do movements become mostly invariant across individuals at max effort or is there still a role for variability?
