Prayer for Missionaries

Hello. This is Pat Willie, the founder, and CEO of the not-for-profit ministry, The Gathering. When women gather, when women worship. Thanks for joining us for this podcast, the two-minute prayer. I believe that prayer is essential. It is life-giving and life-sustaining, and it only takes just a minute to pray.

Father God, in the name of Jesus, we give you glory and honor and praise. We thank you, God, for your hand that's upon our lives. We thank you that you have called us all for purpose and for meaning, in Jesus' name.

And according to Jeremiah 29 11, you have a plan for each of us. So therefore God, in the name of Jesus, I pray for all of those that will serve in the mission. I pray in Jesus' name that you would protect them. I pray in Jesus' name that you would encourage them. In Jesus' name. I pray that their resources will be met. And their needs will be met. And God you will provide the resources that they need to carry out your work. And God I pray that you would protect him against the hands of persecution, in Jesus' name. I pray for a shield of protection around every missionary that is sharing the word of God. In Jesus' name, that is preaching the gospel of the kingdom in the name of Jesus. I pray that you would be their strength. You will be their encouragement, everything they need.

In Jesus' name. you're raising up great leaders, great international leaders international warriors for your purpose and your purpose only. And I thank you that you were strengthened to heart. That you would give courage what courage is needed, God, that you would strengthen their hands in Jesus' name. That they will not become weary in well-doing, but God that they will receive new strength as they endeavor to do the things that you've called them to do.

And we give you glory and we give you praise that many souls will believe, and their hearts will be turned to you. Your hand will be great upon the missionaries' glory, be to God, and there will be growth in the kingdom of God. And it's all for your glory, all for your praise. We thank you for 1 billion souls being saved in the kingdom of God. We give you glory. We give you praise. In Jesus' name, we pray.
