On today’s podcast, host Keith Grabowski is joined by Lee Weber, head coach at Rose Hill High School in Kansas. Weber has recently written a book titled, The Head Coaching Mentorship Manual, which goes into details about lessons that he would pass on to younger coaches about how to survive as a head coach. Additionally, Weber has created ways to damper negativity coming from the stands. Coach joins Grabowski to discuss all of this as well as being honest and open with your players.
