Weight training or Cardio? Which is more important? Also covered, the anabolic window and alter ego's.
Lots of people have been perplexed by this issue. Or they simply do the one they choose without knowing the benefits of both to balance a choice. I will cover this from the PRO vs CON perspective.
Next we have a long debated issue. The Anabolic window. 30-60 minutes after weight training, running, boxing, etc. Do we need to immediately try and take in protein and maybe also some carbs? Protein shakes, bars, amino acids, and more are heavily marketed towards this.
