*GUIDED MEDITATION* 10 Minute Body Scan with Tom Sullivan 🧘
A body scan is my current obsession - the fastest way I've found to get out of my head, and into my body. Ten minutes is that perfect sweet spot where it's not too short, but not too long you can't make time for it. Use this to check in with yourself, have a break, reconnect with your intuition or just to let go! I love using on my commutes (all except when I'm driving) or when I want to drift into a deep sleep.
