This week I explore the three biggest stressors on your body (physical, chemical, and mental/spiritual stress) and what you can do to take back your health. Our health is affected by everything from pinched nerves due to poor posture, scar tissue from past trauma, toxic chemical pesticides sprayed on the food we eat, as well as endocrine fatigue and a weakened immune system from experiencing excess anxiety and fear. Fortunately, there is a way to manage and heal from these stressors, and it all begins with you making the right choices moving forward. It’s my goal to provide you with the knowledge and tools to make those decisions and take action.
