Nothing is more frustrating than when you're giving your all to your nutrition and workout plan, yet progress seems to have stalled. Should you cut carbs? Should you add more cardio? Should you take a fat burner? There's so many unknowns and we often make the plateau even longer by sabotaging our progress.
