This episode is for all of you who may be hesitant to transition because of how it may affect your partner and your relationship. This is one of the most common concerns I hear from clients. I have walked this walk with my partner, Nick, so I convinced him to come on the podcast so we could share our story.
We give our best advice on how to maintain respect and empathy for one another without judgement. I talk about the things Nick did to support me as I was made the change to going plant-based. And Nick gives his point of view on how I was able to make these changes without making him feel ashamed or guilty. I know this episode will help so many of you listening out there.
