This week's episode features Nicole Halliwell, South Florida's premiere drag entertainer. Nicole has honed her craft for 15 years and has a lot of great insights into overcoming imposter syndrome. As an entertainer, she has had to get out of her own way to find success and what works for her. Nicole and I met through a virtual event she hosted, and since have become close bonding over memes and 90s pop culture. Nicole is one of the kindest humans I have had the pleasure of getting to know, and I am so excited to share this episode!

I chose specifically to release our conversation this month in large part to Pride month. As I've said many times on this podcast, PRIDE does not turn off merely after the end of June. What started as a riot to get equal rights is now a celebration of the mileage that has gotten the movement to a more normalized place of acceptance. You should always be able to love who you love and be who you are. My podcast is a shining example of love and light, and inclusive safe space for my LGBTQIA+ guests.
