Scott Blasey's an Eat n' Park Institution

Scott Blasey receives a $500 Eat n' Park gift card from Kyrsten Wesolowski, assistant manager at the Kerwan Heights restaurant, and promptly donates it to City Mission of Washington, Pa. But the recognitions keep rolling, and we're now hearing of plans to unveil the Scott Blasey at Eat n' Park statue.
