Nat Kringoudis established herself as quite the pioneer around health and wellness. As a doctor of Chinese Medicine and acupuncturist she was somewhat forced into treating hormonal health and fertility by demand. Admitting that (for obvious reasons) it sure wasn't her first choice for a target market, Nat soon grew curious around the gaps between conventional medicine and supporting wellness.
We talk about the journey Nat took around evolving and stepping out of her lane to get educated and informed where she needed to in order to find the seemingly non-existent answers people were seeking. From fasting (always a topic of interest for me) to understanding and working with our cycles to optimise performance, whether that be athletic or cognitive. How we can scaffold around our cycle to perform at times when our body is not primed to do so.
If you're interested in healthy aging, performance and general wellbeing, this episode with Nat is going to be your jam!
Enjoy!
