Today, we are honored to have Kris Oswold, the Vice President of Global Supplier Diversity at UPS join our host Raj Verma as they deep dive into the world of supplier diversity at UPS amongst other interesting and insightful topics. On this episode, Kris talks about her journey so far in UPS which is currently over 30 years and counting, she touches on the many great things they have been able to achieve over the years and also how they have continued their commitment to diversity in spite of the ongoing but hopefully ending COVID-19 pandemic.
Kris Oswold is a leader in global business process design and organizational transformation with skills and experience in strategic planning, program development, business process improvement, global project management, team building, vendor management, and operational excellence. A results-oriented executive with successes in large business process operations and emerging corporate functions, Kris has built a career at UPS designing and executing global organizational change through formal programs and via personal leadership.
As the Vice President of Global Supplier Diversity at UPS, Kris brings a unique perspective to the role. In addition to being passionate about expanding opportunities for diverse suppliers to transact with UPS, Kris brings experience from across the UPS enterprise identifying where results fall short of desires and redesigning metrics, processes and systems to better achieve goals.
