MotoAmerica Off Track with Carruthers and Bice
News:Sports News
On Sunday at Road America, Kyle Wyman experienced the highs and lows of motorcycle racing in a way that seems almost unfathomable. In just a few short hours, Wyman went from winning his first Mission King Of The Baggers race (and Harley-Davidson's first King Of The Baggers victory) and taking over the lead in the series championship, to crashing his Panera Bread Ducati while battling for fourth in the HONOS Superbike race and suffering a badly broken right elbow. It was a cruel finish to what to that point had been an incredible day for Wyman and the Wyman family. But, as he has been forced to do too frequently in his career, Wyman will bounce back. He will painstakingly complete the rehab and he will return to the track as quickly as he can. Returning for the Laguna round is the goal so the New Yorker can try to win the Mission King Of The Baggers Championship. We chatted with Wyman prior to his surgery to discuss his day at Road America and his season thus far on this week's edition of Off Track With Carruthers And Bice.
