Dan and Vanessa were both resistant!
- they had done so many different things before!!! they tried MANY diets including Whole 30, low-carb, and “keto” which were fine temporarily but not sustainable.
- they also knew the difficulty of implementing and the perceptual challenge of committing.
- they were hesitant and resistant for the same reasons many people are - who is this guy, why listen to him, been here before, what's going to be different about this. . .
- they understood their tendency to "shut down" and be skeptical and allowed themselves to be open to this new way of doing things.
here are the changes they experienced!
- lost weight and feel great.
- blood pressure improved.
- depression and anxiety are almost GONE.
- better mood, more productive, mental clarity.
- marriage is better!!!
- now no matter where they go, eat healthier, checking ingredients = CONFIDENCE.
- accountability from being constantly involved in the group meetings and other events we host.
- they are impacting friends and family because of the examples they are!!!
