This week on the Couch, we continue to explore how trauma impacts the creation of boundaries. I look at Madea's Family Reunion (Yes, a Tyler Perry movie I actually like) as an example this week. I look at damaged and unhealthy boundaries we form as a result of traumatic events. TW: I do discuss some of the plot of the film which includes sexual and physical abuse. I also explore toxic behaviors that can be used to break down our boundaries by unhealthy individuals.
