In this episode, Ashley is joined by Mindset and Habit Mentor, Katey Sanders. Katey focuses on helping ambitious women break up with their self doubts, create better habits with ease, and consistently live a life they love. After struggling with her own health and self-esteem for years, Katey was able to make lasting changes when she least expected to. She realized she wasn’t living life in the way that she wanted to so she set out to change that and show others they can do the same. Katey believes we are all capable of living with purpose and passion and that intentional work on our mindset and focusing on small daily changes compounds into massive self growth.
Changing habits doesn’t have to be daunting. In fact, Katey takes her clients down the path of making realistic, attainable, intentional changes in order to create positive change in their lives. Katey breaks down what habit stacking is and how to get started, prioritizing tasks based on your energy levels (and why you should absolutely be taking your energy into consideration), why you can be consistent without putting out the same amount of effort every single day, self-study and reflection, why you can’t break bad habits without building new ones, and how habit stacking can allow you to be more present in your day to day life.
