Elias Abuelazam was diagnosed psychotic way back when....however, he was still allowed to roam the states.  Known as a gentle giant kind of guy, Elias was actually a serial killer.   His method usually involving a knife, leading to the nick name of Serial Slasher.  His crimes took place mostly in Flint.  Police were able to connect him to two more out of state in Ohio & Virginia.
This guy is nuts and he is jailed WAY to close to us.
