In this episode of “The Maximus Podcast” we talk to Tony Nash who just completed an epic Row, Ski, Bike, Running Super Marathon which totaled 66 miles. Tony is a combat veteran and currently serving in the US Army as a field artillery officer. He knows what it takes to get through some of the most mentally and physically grueling training and real-world situations that life can throw at you, and he has picked up critical pieces of knowledge to develop further as a leader, a professional, and a loving family man. And he isn’t afraid to admit that he is still learning himself; his struggles and growth are a part of the unique perspective and experience that Tony has to offer.
His leadership style focuses on servant leadership. He understands the vital life lesson that you may be the best at what you do, you may be killing it at your job, but you aren’t developing as a leader if you are not supporting and serving others while growing the team.
His goal is simple, take what he has learned and show others actionable life tactics, giving them the foundation they need at the start of their careers for a lifetime of success.
