He is a Journeyman Lineman with the skills and determination that was forged thru adversity.
In this episode, he talks about growing up with a single mom, parents divorce and the effects it had on him as a young strapping lad growing up in Southern California.
Jake saw the need for mentors in his adversity, and as a young man of integrity he has strives to be a mentor and positive role model to others around him.
Jake believes in giving people a hand up, not a hand out. To help grow young men in the same predicaments he had to go thru.
He not only talks the talk, but Jake walks the walk and I am extremely grateful to see this young man develop into such a positive influence.
