Gettysburg. A quiet town whose name would become inseparably linked with the Civil War, our nation’s greatest challenge. July 1st, 1863 marked the first of three days when unimaginable carnage descended upon this small borough in South Central Pennsylvania. That bloodshed still permeates the now beautiful landscape that belies the events that took place there 158 years ago, and the spiritual energy that still soaks the town to this very day. Tonight, we will be sharing some haunted tales that trace back to the battle and those whose fates were permanently linked to Gettysburg during the turmoil seen there in July 1863.
