Joe Fraser - the world champion gymnast on emotions and believing in yourself

British gymnast Joe Fraser became world champion in the parallel bars in 2019. From a little boy watching London 2012 with the Olympic Rings shaved into his hair, he goes into Tokyo 2020 as one of Team GB's medal hopes. Joe talks about letting out emotions, how he copes with setbacks in the gym, and his hopes for Tokyo 2020.
