Dana Vogelmeier believes everyone should feel good about going to work and feel fulfilled at the end of the day. When they do, everything outside of work feels better, too.
She launched Vogelmeier Consulting in 2016 after working for 33 years for a Fortune 50 company where she honed her leadership through successes, failures, and examples of others. During her tenure she worked for more than 25 years leading teams.
She currently takes that leadership experience to help other teams develop workplaces that people love. Her area of expertise is in employee engagement.
Dana holds a master’s degree in Leadership, is a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner, and holds the designation of Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD).
She is actively involved at the local and national level with the Association of Talent Development and with Rotary International.
