Episode 5: Ryan Lonergan The Fragout Podcast

There are certain people you meet in this life that within minutes, you know that you'll be lifelong friends. Ryan Lonergan is one of those people. 

Growing up fatherless in southeastern Wisconsin, Ryan credits his mother for his upbringing and calls her his rock.  After finishing his time in the military, life became more challenging as broken relationships, a battle with alcohol and PTSD would begin to take their toll. He considered ending his life, broken and briefly homeless on the streets of Green Bay on Christmas Eve of 2012 if not for a close friend who answered his call of desperation that night. He would still battle his demons for several years before finally finding his true purpose in life. Seeing other Veterans struggle as he once did made him realize that he could use those painful life experiences to help others.

Now a dedicated advocate for those who served throughout The Badger State, the birth of his daughter and a newfound passion for bows and arrows has the host of The Fragout Podcast impacting the lives of countless men and women across Wisconsin.  With a trademark smile and contagious positivity, Ryan Lonergan is a Veteran that is changing lives each and every day and I am blessed and honored to call him my friend.
