Today we dive deep into a very simple method to guarantee that you stay awake and aware on the journey to create, be, or do what it is that you are intending this month ( And in your life in general ). It is often overlooked how easily our minds wander from thought to thought, from frequency to frequency providing distraction after distraction from all that we set out to do when we had the first burst of inspirational energy! Becoming aware of how often the mind strays is step 1 Step 2 is putting in a quick check system every morning to keep us on track so that which we are desiring to create has as much of our consistent focus and energy each day to manifest. Today we can make a difference in what we experience from the day itself... and when we are so sure that we are going to receive the next step in the journey,, or the thing itself.. We can then focus on becoming a part of the miracle for someone else each day And this.... Is a beautiful way to live on earth. I
