Mark Wales is an ex-commandor in the SAS. He embarked on 10 tours of duty including four tours in Afghanistan. We spoke about his journey from school in Perth to his 11 years of training and education to reach the SAS.
Mark broke down often misguided public perceptions of the SAS as well as providing incredible insights into the training, service and lifestyle he experienced during his time defence force.
I loved chatting with Mark. He's an incredibly open guy and had so much to offer from the many lifetimes he's lived. Mark's book Survivor: Life in the SAS is a must-read so make sure you check it out!
