Today I'm bringing you a topic that many of us shy away from---because well, we simply don't want to admit certain parts of us that make us uncomfortable.
That part that screams, shouts and begs to be heard. It's our inner voice, inner critic, inner demon, or inner mean girl inside---we try so hard to silence and shut it out from our lives.
But, no matter how hard we try to rid of these criticizing and judgemental thoughts in our heads with the numbing, distraction, busyness, or chaos of our lives---that voice doesn't go away.
So, my challenge for ALL of us (because yes, I have an inner mean girl, berating and bullying me around all day long---and I'm walking right here with ya!) is that we actually befriend that voice inside.
Yep, you heard me right! I know it sounds counterintuitive like it won't work, and all we really want is for that darn critic to leave us alone!
But today on the show, I invite you to get to know that inner mean girl, and really well. Because we just might learn a thing or two about ourselves in the process.
