Knocking Out Eczema and Shingles with Olympian Viktor Rajek

#040 - This week's guest is Viktor Rajek. Viktor has dealt with a myriad of health issues over time, but the biggest ones were eczema and shingles rashes on large swaths of his body, including his face, chest and arms. 

In this episode, we dive deep into his health journey, where he started juicing and eating more of a vegetarian diet and while this was a healthier shift in his eating, it alone didn’t relieve his symptoms. But literally as soon as he found the Medical Medium information and started implementing some of the specific things recommended for his symptoms, it had an immediate impact. We also talk about how digging into the details of Medical Medium’s work really helped him pick up the pace of his recovery.
