Hi everyone today I bring you Physio Dyl aka Dylan Claridge. Dylan is a physio who works with brain injury rehabilitation. He has a ridiculous rig and is jacked, he plays sports and runs half marathons for fun.
Most of all he is a genius. I work with Dyl and as part of my programs and coaching. He plays a huge role in assessment and ensuring everything is perfect and optimised for the clients and programs.
In this conversation we talk about training, optimising exercises, muscle building, running, physio analogies and have a good chin wag about how we train and what's the optimal type of training for your body.
