Peter talks pelvic girdle pain this week. It's something a LOT of women suffer from post-partum and it's often just lived with rather than resolved.
This is often because women are not told what to look out for and therefore report any issues quite late on. Getting to your doctor, to be referred to a pelvic floor physio, is essential and doing this as soon as possible will be a real help and make resolving, or at least living with, PGP a lot easier.
We're talking the causes and the solutions in an effort to get to the bottom of Pelvic Girdle Pain and help you get some help.
