The difference between success and failure and lifting heavy things with DR
Tonight Peter waffles about consistency and perseverance. He was talking to someone this week who had tried 2 post-partum exercise programs in the past year and neither had given her any results with her diastasis recti. A lot of the diastasis recti support forums are full of women with the same experience.
And the problem for these ladies is almost inevitably the same. So Peter talks about that and has the solution, explaining why Consistency and Perseverance are the two most important things when it comes to any sort of rehab exercise.
He also talks about weightlifting with Diastasis Recti. Can you/should you lift heavy things? How heavy can you safely go? How can you make sure you're lifting safely? When can you start lifting things?
