Send us a text
Peter interviews Rebecca Michi. Rebecca is a sleep consultant with some tremendous insights into how to get your children to sleep better.
We are talking everything from early post-natal sleep to sleep training when they get a bit older.
Is there such a thing as "a good or a bad" sleeper?
What is actually realistic for a young baby?
Why the first 12 weeks are not the time to start sleep training.
How your child's temperament affects their sleep and how you can help them sleep better by taking this into account.
How not every child needs the same amount of sleep.
And how, if you're happy with how your child is sleeping, you don't have to change anything.
In the News this week; If you read any papers at all you'll likely have come across stories like these "Overweight later in life can prolong longevity" In the Telegraph and various other news outlets (ABS, NBC etc.)
The study they refer to is this one; and the conclusion the media seem to have taken from this is completely wrong. Peter will go through why the media's "interpretation" is flawed and why you can usually ignore the media when it comes to interpretations of studies.
