Peter interviews Heather Vickery, a success and leadership coach and host of The Brave Files podcast.
She is a mother of 4 (!!!) daughters and author of 2 gratitude books/journals; Gratitude Journal "Shift your focus" and Grow Grateful; "A gratitude journal for kids and families" which you can find on Amazon.
Almost more important than that; she is one of those rare people that you can listen to for 30 minutes and immediately feel better at the end of it.
We are talking how to prevent yourself getting stuck in the "mum role", or indeed get out of that role once you are stuck in it.
We also hit on how it's OK, indeed necessary, to put yourself first sometimes (or at least take care of yourself)
And the tremendous power of gratitude. Heather shares one or two great tips on how you can feel better by just making small changes to the way your approach life and the language you use.
And, because she is ridiculously kind, she has thrown in a goodie for you lovely HPNB podcast listeners;
The first person that emails her and mentions the show will get a 30-minute 1:1 session. The email is heather@vickeryandco.com
