The fat dietician. "Do as I say, don't do as I do"
Send us a text
Peter waffles for half an hour telling the story of "the fat dietician" (her words, not mine) or "giving people advice when you don't follow any yourself" and the trappings of this. How is it unhealthy for YOU to give others advice?. "Do as I say, not as I do" being one of the most stupid sayings someone can actually utter.
He also talks about the podcast going back to once a week again and the new format!
That's right, we have a format now!
With a new segment called "In the news this week" where the focus is on a health-related story that made the news this week. A little in-depth look where we go through whatever story and answer some questions about that, provide some clarity about it that usually goes missing in the newspapers. Today it's a very brief one on this little article on the BBC website about a report released this week that stated that "summer holidays were a trigger for the second wave" which, to Peter at least, was a real "Like, DUH Obv!" moment.
