Founder and director of Pipe Dream Theatre, she and her partner C. E. Simon have written seven musicals, over 150 original songs, and are currently working on multiple digital and theatrical projects. Acclaimed for her “imaginative directing,” Liz has created epic theatrical productions at colleges, community theatres, and off-broadway stages in NYC.

For almost a decade, she has served as music director on over 20 shows for cruise lines and theme parks. Her vocal arrangements have been used for web series, private events, cruise lines, theme parks, and more.
