In this weeks episode, Han is joined by photographer Amy-Rose Deffley and writer/sports nutritionist Tamar Aliphon, who together are producing the [Mask]ulinity project.
[Mask]ulinity is a documentary-style photo project which shines a spotlight on professional sportsmen who are often respected and often idolised men for their body image, strength (both mentally and physcially) and masculinity.
With Amy-Rose and Tamar, we talk about the generational, environmental, social, emotional, and mental pressures inflicted on men to act, behave, and look a certain way. We also discuss identity in sport, the impact of body manipulation in weight-categorised sports, and how women can act as allies to support male mental health and reduce the rhetoric that all men need to be big and strong.

Amy-Rose and Tamar also asked me to put a special thanks out to @thetinmen and @jameselliottofficial for their constant work to raise awareness of male mental health.
