What is more, their role is to touch base with vendors, review signed contracts, confirm details, create detailed timelines and floor plans. Also, to do a final walkthrough of both the ceremony and reception venues, manages the rehearsal, and oversees everything on the wedding day. On the other hand, an on-site coordinator works for the venue or facility. Therefore, they can help a couple with the decisions being made concerning the venue itself like menu selection, floor plans, venue timelines, and payments.
