Thema Bryant-Davis, PhD, is impossible to pigeonhole. She's a licensed psychologist, a professor, an ordained minister, a poet, a dancer, a podcaster, and more. And in each of these roles, she brings a message of relief and empowerment, especially to marginalized persons. A trauma survivor and specialist, "Dr. Thema," as she's known, helped pioneer the field of racial trauma and healing. In this conversation, Dr. Thema shares pearls of wisdom from her deep knowledge of science, faith, and art.
