24. The Energy Behind Things (It's much more important than you think...)

He introduces the idea that nothing is inherently good or bad in this world but the defining factor in making an action good or bad is the intention or energy behind it.
He speaks candidly about how needing validation from others was the driving force behind the clothes he wore and how, after looking deep within himself through a filter of brutal honesty, he realised that he needed to change the energy behind his behaviour and not seek outside validation for the love he wasn't giving himself.
“The action is neither good nor bad, the intention, the energy that drives that action is what matters and to be able to find that sometimes you have to take away the action to be able to see what’s left.”
