In TALES FROM THE CRYPT: “Strung Along,” we’re introduced to Joe, a former children’s variety show host who is trapped in a loveless marriage with a much younger woman. As things continue to spiral downward, Joe confides in the only one he can: a marionette who was the true star of the show.
A marionette who tries to convince Joe that the only way to eliminate his problems is by eliminating his wife, who he recently discovers has been unfaithful. Are the voices encouraging Joe to do horrible things all inside his head, or is there something even more sinister afoot?
