Meet Sophie Bennett.

We met in first in Bali and this is where she introduced me to what she does, what a virtual assistant is and the value they can bring. 

Virtual assistance is such a fast growing interesting area and one that I wanted to explore over the podcast. It's an incredible pathway into entrepreneurship and such an asset to those in business already. 

Sophie started working in the space to compliment her nomadic lifestyle and has since built up a training business and agency to service her growing demand. 

We explore the whole space, both for people who might engage with a virtual assistant and for those interested in following the path for themselves. 

We talk about her journey to where she is now, her life lessons and the some really fascinating principles that she lives by.  Her "HappinessScaping" is especially interesting.
