Just for today, I will not be angry. Let's get to the bottom of this one!
To practice this principle, you need to understand what triggers your anger and how you can regain control of your emotions. When you become angry, the person or situation then has complete control over you.
Once you learn to respond in a positive manner, you will never again allow anything to take your power. Approach each person or situation with compassion and try to understand what is occurring below the surface. Do not dwell on negative thoughts and give in to the energy leaches, and surround yourself with those who have positive outlooks.
