The Era of Zero Friction - mu-zero Hyperloop | Podcast #20
In this episode I welcome three guys from the mu-zero Hyperloop team from Karlsruhe. The team captain Leonhard Döring, the division leader of continuous development Lars Ohnemus and the head of technology, Olaf Dünkel.
Their vision: a journey from Munich to Hamburg in 45 minutes with a Hyperloop, which takes seven hours by train. Enabled by extremely low friction caused by the low pressure in the tube the Hyperloop is in and the levitation mechanism that makes the pod float.
Mu-zero is a group of students from Karlsruhe, Germany who are convinced that the Hyperloop concept could change our way of moving forever! They want to face the technological challenges and pave the way into a new era, the era of zero friction.
