Two for the Road: Movies with Matt and Adam
TV & Film:Film Reviews
85: Sex, Lies and Videotape (1989) and Closer (2004)
Text Matt & Adam!
The theme this week is Relationships are........complicated, but it very well could have been "everybody lies". Steven Soderbergh's directorial debut "Sex, Lies and Videotapes", (1989) caused quite a stir on the film festival circuit and M&A agree it still holds up. James Spader is creepy good. Matt had never heard of Mike Nichol's film "Closer" (2004), and was blown away after viewing. Adam thought Clive Owen stole the show the last thirty minutes of the movie.

Next, mistaken secret agents with The In Laws (1979) and Gotcha! (1985).
