Today Rach shares what prioritising means and looks like to her, and how COVID has thrown a spanner in the works, but in this, some tips on how to stay on top of your priorities! We also dive into approaching our self care and health like we would any other important appointment (massive for those of you who "don't have time"), processing emotions, giving yourself space, when pushing goes too far and some key things to thing about when making health changes.
