When you lift weights, you create small tears in your muscles.
If you keep lifting weights without resting, these tears just get bigger, making you WEAKER over time.
That’s why it’s IMPERATIVE that you REST and eat well if you’re trying to build muscle.
The muscle REGROWS bigger and stronger while you REST.
The same is true of building spiritual, mental, emotional and sexual strength…
And the interpersonal skills of trust, communication, and intimacy.
You need to work to build the strengths and skills.
But you ALSO need to let yourself REST and RECOVER for optimal results.
