With each new month and my newsletter being published, I am going to add a monthly guided meditation to my podcast series also. It is my way of saying Thank You for listening and sharing.
In this guided meditation we journey with a smile into the heart centre and greet whatever stands before us, whether that be anger, sadness or anxiety, we see it as a teacher into what needs healing in that moment. Just like little children, we sometimes do not have the words to express what we feel, but just holding them with love and compassion can help so much. In this meditation we do that for ourselves.
