Salford City (H) Preview - Season 21/22, Episode 10
With United's unbeaten start to the season now over and another member of last season's first-choice defence having left the club this week, this week's episode ponders what United's hopes are ahead of a big run of games in September.
First up, the lads take a look back at the transfer window and discuss whether United's squad is weaker than this time last season and whether the buck stops with our Director of Football for the recruitment issues this season.
Mike gives his low-down on the Hartlepool game and United's abject efforts in that match. Then there's the usual preview of the Salford game this weekend, alongside the ex-Blues round-up.
There's also a lovely David Holdsworth impression by Mike - keep an ear out for it!
Your host Lee Rooney is in Liverpool and is joined via the wonders of the internet by Mike Booth in Formby. You can find us on Twitter @bruntonbugle, Facebook (search for "Brunton Bugle") and email us with any questions, suggestions and feedback to bruntonbugle@gmail.com.
