Back in May, I decided to put the podcast into Winter hibernation mode and release fortnightly episodes. Little did I know I was actually committing to a bigger seasonal shift into Winter settings for my whole life. It’s been glorious!
So today I’m sharing my reflections on how I feel after a Winter of honouring and prioritising rest and how it’s influenced my energy and capacity for the coming Spring season.
Living according to the seasons has huge benefits for women particularly. I hope you’ll be encouraged to give it a try.
