041 Why supported living works for HMO landlords with Nan Li
In this episode Nan Li explains how her frustrations of trying to juggle being an active HMO landlord with work and family life led her to look for other options and to find supported living. She shares her experiences of becoming a supported living HMO landlord and how she has found this to be a really positive move for her portfolio.
Li Nan is a Senior British real estate investor, she is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Member of Chartered Insurance Institute.
In 2005, Nan graduated from the University of Edinburgh with a master's degree in finance and investment. She successively worked for Blackrock Asset Management and Bluebay Asset Management with 10 years of experience in fixed-asset investment, return and risk analysis. In 2016, she founded her own real estate investment company, focusing on investing in the expansion and reconstruction of HMO development projects in London. She has successfully purchased, developed and operated 6 projects with a cumulative total project assets of approximately £3,600,000, she realised annual project rental income of approximately £220,000 and successfully absorbed personal investment. Based on the professional foundation of fund analysis and real estate investment, Li Nan is able to share her experience in private real estate investment and asset allocation and help you find solutions for your path to financial freedom.
