#182 My True Identity! (Special Episode)

What is my true identity? Over the past few months, more and more anti-Asian hate crimes have been reported in the U.S. It has really made  me think about who I really am as an Asian American. I often experience incidents where  people ask me if I am  from China or Japan.  Few people have asked me if I am  from Korea. The real problem is that in this world of stereotyping one another, our true identities are  easily or completely lost.  Our real identity is hidden under false identities built up by stereotypes and pressures from other people.
